At Baylan, we are committed to providing you with premium handcrafted products and a smooth post-purchase experience. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy
Product Accuracy & Quality Checks

All Baylan products undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure accuracy and pristine condition upon delivery. Our product listings are crafted to reflect precise details of each item.

Exchange Eligibility

Available for Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are only accepted for deliveries within India.

Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, returned with original packaging and tags intact.

Non-Exchangeable Categories:

Bags, home decor, and jewelry are non-exchangeable, unless found defective.

We do not accept exchanges due to:

Slight color differences

Fabric/material variations inherent to handcrafted products

Exchange Process

Request Submission:
Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at

 (update with actual email) or call our customer care.
Alternatively, submit an exchange request via our website.

Processing Fee:
A ₹300 processing fee per product is applicable for exchanges.
Kindly share the payment confirmation screenshot via email.

Direct Shipping (Optional):
If you'd like to send the item yourself:

Our team will share the return address.

Share courier details (AWB number, courier company, and POD) post-dispatch.

Use reliable courier services. Baylan is not liable for lost shipments.

Reverse Pickup (Optional):
Once your processing fee is confirmed, we can arrange a reverse pickup.

Inspection & Dispatch:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the new size will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the item's full value, valid for 90 days.

Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations

Prepaid Orders Only: Since we do not offer COD, only prepaid orders are eligible.

Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Options:

Choose a replacement item of equal value.

Or request a credit note, valid for 90 days.

Baylan Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

Unavailability of raw materials

Incorrect product listings

Fraudulent order detection

If your order is cancelled by us:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

You’ll be notified via email

Cancellation Charges

Cancellations of prepaid orders after placement will incur a 2–3% deduction to cover payment gateway fees.

Refund Policy

No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or issue refunds once the product is sold and delivered.

Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Credit Note Validity

Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are:

Valid for 90 days from the date of issue

Usable for a one-time purchase on the official Baylan website only
